  What NOT to put in recycling bins:

NO plastic or film bags
NO foam egg cartons
NO styrofoam
NO aerosol cans
NO window glass/mirrors
NO hard-bound books
NO three-ring binders
NO paper milk cartons
NO ice cream cartons
NO light bulbs

 Recycling Tips:

Rinse out all recyclables.
Remove all lids.  Throw away plastic caps & recycle steel lids.
Do not put recyclables in plastic bags.
Cardboard can be no bigger than 3' x 3', and then place next to containers.
Crush aluminum cans & milk jugs to conserve space.
If you only use one container, put paper-related materials in a paper sack and place it on top of the recycling bin.
